Since the visit turned into more time than I had expected, she arranged a loaner car for me and then kept me informed of the service progress. When I picked the car up, she was very nice as I kept remembering 'one more little thing' about 5 times! Matt was quick to jump in to help get my Bluetooth set up and my car voice back to English since I had somehow switched it to French. :-) Oh, and my car had received a very much needed wash! A great service team all the way around. More
