Before he would even take us to the lot to check it out he required ALL of our personal information and ran a credit check. We were in NO WAY going to purchase a vehicle that day and Jeremy knew this from the moment we arrived. Inquiries affect our credit score negatively & this was unnecessary and uncalled for. I would rather drive a great distance to purchase a vehicle ANYWHERE ELSE than support Parkside Kia. Since our visit Jeremy has continued to harass us with multiple phone calls and messages. Later that same day we visited Rusty Wallace Kia on Alcoa Highway and we’re helped by a respectful and extremely helpful sales rep named BJ who did not give us the 3rd degree to test drive a new Sedona.
