Excellent Professional Service My wife and I recently brought our 2016 Sorento in for its oil change. When we arrived we were greeted by favorite service advisor Kristeena and she h My wife and I recently brought our 2016 Sorento in for its oil change. When we arrived we were greeted by favorite service advisor Kristeena and she handed us a letter from Steven Abshire. Part of Steven's letter was information about the savings leasing could afford us, so we decided to explore the possibilities of leasing. Steven was very knowledgeable and explained leasing versus purchasing pros and cons very simply. We decided to lease but couldn't find the Sorento we wanted at Parkside so Steven searched and found the exact vehicle we were looking for. He arranged to have the car brought to the dealership the next day! We want to thank Steven for the no pressure salesmanship, the wonderful help, and exceeding our expectations. Second car from Parkside KIA I bought my 2017 Niro Touring model hybrid from Parkside and I was bring in for its timely oil change. While waiting I decided to find out about the I bought my 2017 Niro Touring model hybrid from Parkside and I was bring in for its timely oil change. While waiting I decided to find out about the 2019 Niro Touring model. Jeremy Guider was my salesmen and after discussing our Navy experiences He showed me the new improvements. Since they didn't have what I possibly wanted, the staff search and found the vehicle I wanted in Chattanooga and after we came to an agreement on the price and trade in, the deal was complete Jeremy drove an exchange vehicle down there to pickup my 2019 Niro Touring. I picked my new 2019 NIRO Touring car the next morning. In the week since I picked it I already have 700 miles on it and couldn't be happier. I want to thank Jeremy for the wonderful help and treatment going the extra mile in driving to pickup my car. also, the rest of the staff and service department.
