Since it’s an SUV that is hard to keep in stock, he had fun showing me all the bells and whistles that come included in the package I was looking for. Then when we moved on to the dreaded financial part, it was a very easy process. I was very surprised how easily, effortless and fast we got the deal done. I don’t have a top credit score but, they worked with me and got it done. All of this was done within my budget, it was very important that I not go over my budget and they did it. All in, taxes included all within my budget. The customer service was outstanding and it didn’t stop with Darrell, next I went to finalize the deal with Whitney, the general sales manager. He was awesome and again I got everything I wanted, there was never a no or I can’t. Chris was my final stop and I thought here we go with the pressure to get “extra” things. Again I was surprised, Chris explained everything to me and let me decide what was needed and what I didn’t want. Very low pressure. Needless to say these three gentlemen, went above and beyond my expectations of buying a new car. Parkway better keep all three of these guys because as long as they are there my family, my friends, my work colleagues and anyone who stand still long enough for me to talk to will be going there to buy cars. I was going to wait to review until they addressed my issue, but since it has been 17 days and 4 emails and calls with no resolution and they keep sending requests to write a review, I guess its time. First for my cash transaction they ran my credit, seems unnecessary and also pissed me off. The vehicle when brought to me was dirty, as I had to leave and come back 2 hours later to get the vehicle after it was cleaned of the residue from the covers from transporting the vehicle. I also had to pay for lojack, which they install on all of their vehicles, and did not want, but it was the model of vehicle I wanted. It has been 17 days and I have not received any information on how to log into the unit that I had to pay for, after 4 emails and phone calls. As far as I am concerned Parkway has touched any of my vehicles for the last time. I will be purchasing a Z71 Tahoe in march but that will be from a different dealership. I will not be returning until they get my plates in and that will be the last time I set foot there. More

I was really looking forward into rating this with 5 stars. But after a week today I’m back here again. After getting oil change, time up, transmission flush and “finding” that my head gasket was leakin stars. But after a week today I’m back here again. They give you a full inspection but they need to inspect their own work. More
