My 2015 Corvette was in need of an Oil Change. I called my rep at Parkway Dave Ramsey and he said bring it in. After a one hour wait, my car was ready to go. I have never been a Parkway Family fan. If it weren't for Manny Torres and Clinton Chandler, Parkway would have AGAIN lost my business. The other 2 finance people I had to deal with were a complete joke! COMPLETE JOKE! If maybe were an option on recommending this dealership, I would have selected that. Back to how AWESOME Manny and Clinton were, they were GREAT! They answered ALL the things and worked hard to make sure I was happy. What was almost a complete NIGHTMARE of an experience, Manny made things happen to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. There are so many negatives that I could list but I will leave that alone. The individuals who tried to make the process more stressful know who they are! Purchasing from Parkway again, that will be a HUGE MAYBE. More

Sad service after taking my car there it sat 4 day and they called me service manager I was dealing with was fired. On top of that I took it in for an oil leak .
