Phone number in a public forum? Nope. If you want the info, it was a recall on a '14 Focus. Your rep all but ignored me & my questions about the known transmission issues & would not guarantee the Gen1 Sync would update for the $150 cost. I won't be back & will try my luck at another dealer later.
