Quoted cabin filter- my car doesn’t have one Quoted new ECM- tried to install broken refurbished one- luckily it didn’t work! I ended up not trusting your service center and cancelled the $1.200 job…. What a joke More

The service was fine and the staff were nice. The staff just needs to know how to do the jeep rewards. I had free points to use for my oil change and was told the wrong thing on how to use reward The staff just needs to know how to do the jeep rewards. I had free points to use for my oil change and was told the wrong thing on how to use rewards so I ended up being charged for it on my card. I had to call the Jeep card and they explained it so it was a mess for me to straighten out which it shouldn’t have happened. More
