This is my first long distance online car buying experience through a dealer. Scary stuff - or so I thought. When I contacted Parkway Ford (~200 miles from my home) about a used truck (scarier yet experience through a dealer. Scary stuff - or so I thought. When I contacted Parkway Ford (~200 miles from my home) about a used truck (scarier yet) they were advertising I was lucky to have Cameron Gilbert as my salesperson. He was there from start to finish, always promptly answering my questions, including the truck's previous history, its sales price, extra costs and financing details. This particular truck had no online photos and Cameron texted me many photos detailing the inside, outside and underside of the truck plus a video so that I could get a good idea of what I was purchasing sight unseen. I think the things that made this such a great first-time experience was Cameron's good natured and prompt answers to ALL my questions and concerns, the reasonable pricing with no haggling, no pressure to purchase the extras, and the offer to deliver the vehicle to my home. This was the best car buying experience ever!! No stress, no headaches. Thanks to Cameron and those who helped make this deal happen. My truck showed up beautifully detailed, with no untoward surprises. I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend Parkway Ford to others. More
