Bill Kegley was very unreasonable and unprofessional when he suggested that I was the reason that my new used Ram truck did not have a lug nut or wheel lock when I was there for my first tire rotation. I am he suggested that I was the reason that my new used Ram truck did not have a lug nut or wheel lock when I was there for my first tire rotation. I am a single grandmother driving around without a lug nut or wheel lock to change my tires because this dealer sold me a Ram truck without the lug nut or wheel lock necessary to change tires, Bill Kegley said he was not sure that I didnt take it and made me pay 1/2 the price to teplace all of the lug nuts or wheel locks on all four tires. This dealer sold a disabled veteran grandmother a Ram truck with missing lug nuts or wheel locks. If I had any accident or emergency AAA or anyone else could not have helped me. This is cruel, vicious and very unprofessional of Bill Kegley. Whatever happened the customer is always right! I will NEVER visit this dealershop again. It is 2 hours away from me and a long way to go to get disrespected at any age! More

I did a walk in for my first service for the Ram 1500 tradesmen. The staff was very polite and efficient. Smiles from all of them. Did a really good job. Didn’t push went for a test drive. Test drove a truck cause I really wanted a truck. Ended up getting an suv loved it. Him and they Finance guy at dodge did a really good job. I had a great time waiting for my oil change. First of all Josh was so nice on the phone as he scheduled my visit. Then Que(sp ?) offered me hot chocolate and pizza. Thanks for the hospitality guys! The vehicle was released to us as repaired, 45 minutes later it was returned to dealer (they have it still today), with the same problem showing the same symptoms.
