Hi Hanna, Thank you for your feedback. Ford has a program that they will reimburse a customer based on mileage certain % of the cam phaser repairs up to 90,000 miles. Unfortunately you have 98,000 miles so you would not qualify. I can have my service manager speak with you if you like. What would be a good number and time to reach you at?

I. Had received notice of the cam phaser program after I was already over the mileage limit,I bought my truck to pull our travel trailer. I feel that Ford was aware of this problem and Ford should accept responsibility.
