This business is nothing but an absolute RIP OFF. The tires needed to be checked as the TPMS light was on. Do not think they even bothered to look at the car but told me that the sensor for one of th The tires needed to be checked as the TPMS light was on. Do not think they even bothered to look at the car but told me that the sensor for one of the tires needed to be changed. Their estimate to change one tire pressure sensor was $800!! The customer rep (the person who prepares the work order), and the service manager James Brown were not the best to deal with. I decided to take the car to another shop to get/compare estimates. Took it to PepBoys. They found a slow leak and fixed it for...wait for it....all of.....$22. DO NOT go to this place for any car repairs unless you are filthy rich and do not mind handing over your money to them for no good reason. More

Our brand-new new car, a 2023 Corolla, was the third vehicle purchased from Parkway Toyota. The first two were bought through Tomas Sanchez, who now holds the well-deserved title of Sales Manager for th vehicle purchased from Parkway Toyota. He made the buying process a most enjoyable one, so when it came time to replace one of our vehicles 8 years later, we never considered going to any other Toyota dealer. As luck would have it, we were again treated in the same friendly and sincere manner by Yaro Martsinkiv. Yaro is a very kind man who will go above and beyond to accommodate his customers. Ultimately a disappointing experience. We were told our car was going to come with a specific feature that was very important to us, but after we took the car home we realized it didn't. There was not even an apology offered for the misunderstanding or an attempt to remedy the situation. Sadly I am not happy with the experience or my new car. More
