Hi Service Dept: I am extremely unhappy and disappointed with the service. I had called in the morning to find out if there was a wait to get an inspection sticker. The person I spoke to told me that they were very slow and I could bring in the car anytime in the early afternoon. When I arrived my wife brought in the car and keys and spoke with Cheryl. I had the car serviced there in December and the mileage then was 11558. On 6/21 the mileage was 13603. We had driven only 2045 miles. We are elderly and do not do a lot of driving. The only thing I needed was an inspection sticker. After waiting 2 hours it was still not finished and we were the only people in the waiting room. They never washed the car and the sticker they did last. The bill was over $700 and it looks to me that since your place was slow that they "padded" the bill with unnecessary work. The oil change was not necessary. The 4 wheel alignment was also unneeded. The HVAC system was also fine. We garage the car year round. We have bought several cars there over the years and only go there for service. We have no plans to return even though we live only ten minutes away. Ronnie Sarver Final More
After service work this year I found missing bolts, stripped bolts stuck and entire missing brackets to the skid plates for my Tundra. I'd give them no stars if I could. On 11/13/2024 I received a call from Parkway asking if I would like a free oil change because I was a loyalty member. I also wanted my brakes looked at and the blower motor is making a whining noise. I received this in response and I decided to go ahead with only the oil change. I even called once again to confirm it was going to be free after seeing the estimate and was told it would be. As i arrive to pick up my vehicle I was met with a charge for an oil change? I was upset and Ron said a manager would reach out to me. I went home discussing options about my valve stem. I called and scheduled for this AM for a valve stem. When I got there I was told I would also need a sensor at a very extensive cost and they wondered if I knew of anyone ordered the part I would need???? First off, I'm confused as to why this wasn't mentioned previously and why I wouldn't be quoted for it but also why would I have any knowledge on your product ordering? If you knew braking the cap meant breaking the valve stem AND the sensor, it should have been quoted. I am upset. If this is how you treat customers, they have a right to know you absolutely do not care about their property and/or their peace of mind when you do have their property in your hands. The lack of communication in this establishment is beyond appalling. Bad service, bad communication. 0/10 More
BEWARE - Misrepresentation and Unnecessary Services I've been a loyal customer at Parkway Toyota Services for 3 years, bringing in my RAV4 Prime and consistently experiencing good service-- Services I've been a loyal customer at Parkway Toyota Services for 3 years, bringing in my RAV4 Prime and consistently experiencing good service--coffee, pleasant staff, and timely appointments. However, my recent visit for a regular 30K service, covered under a pre-paid maintenance agreement, left me deeply disappointed. The service advisor recommended a differential fluid change and injector cleaning, costing $400 out-of-pocket. When I questioned this, the advisor claimed these services were listed in the Maintenance Guide and were essential to avoid voiding the warranty. Upon reviewing the Maintenance Guide myself, I found neither of these claims to be true. Despite escalating the issue to management and Toyota corporate, I received no resolution. RECOMMENDATIONS: 1. Carefully check every service item before agreeing to it. 2. Get a second opinion if you have doubts. 3. Read the Maintenance Guide thoroughly before your visit. 4. Share your experiences here if you've faced similar issues. More

This team of of service providers is fantastic. John was my initial service advisor and he made the experience very easy and kept in contact with me the whole time my car was being serviced. I've been a customer since 2014, and have purchased two new vehicles since that time. I recently needed service on my 2014 RAV4, so I called to make an appointment. I spoke with McLee who understood our new vehicles since that time. I recently needed service on my 2014 RAV4, so I called to make an appointment. I spoke with McLee who understood our time constraints, (my son was returning to college with his car two days later). He gave me a prompt appointment, guided my son through his first auto repair experience, kept me informed of progress, and I was given a fair price for the work. When we picked up the car, McLee arranged a quick check out process, shook my son's hand, and wished him well during his ride back to school. I was very happy with the service, the kindness, and will continue to give my business to Parkway Toyota! More
