Welcoming treatment for routine car maintenance I was made to feel welcome on a return visit to Parkway Toyota Scion. I was very stressed due to a week of unforeseen personal difficulties. I had made an online appointment, indicating concerns about my 2003 Toyota, Camry. The consultant, David Ermilio, worked with his mechanic, Michael, to determine what was necessary at this visit, and what could be scheduled at a later date. I had oil change, spark plugs, bulbs replaced, brakes cleaned and adjusted, Air filters changed and sway bar bushings, both sides and rear. This included a multi-point inspection, which they do for free. The work was done after I discussed my car at length with the mechanic, when he explained why they chose to do these particular repairs. David gave me a complete estimate of the repairs in writing, and the final bill reflected only these charges. I felt that everything was done in a very transparent way, and giving me the best value for my dollar. I prefer to use Parkway Toyota Scion, due to my past good experiences with their maintenance department. I know they stand behind their product, are honest, and value their customers. More
