We just purchased our 5th Toyota at this dealership from the same excellent sales person, Charlie Cha. For this latest sale, he knew exactly what we wanted - almost before we did - and was able to provide the information and products we needed to close the deal. (Actually, we just stopped in to see him when we brought one of the Toyotas in for service and he and we realized the time was perfect to trade one of the cars in and pick up a new one...which we did on the spot.) He spent a few hours with me test driving several models of different vehicles. We even drove to a storage garage to pick up a Prius that I test drove back to the dealership. I also spoke to Philip Ferreira, who was also extremely professional and helped work out a great deal for me. After I made my decision to purchase a 2010 Prius, I sat with Peter Fleming and worked out the finances. Peter Fleming was also extremely professional and explained the contracts and extended warranty to me with the utmost courtesy and kindness. For some strange reason my husband took an interest in a used Subaru Tribeca and was dead set on test driving and picking one up. Call it Toyota loyalty or what have you but, we figured to look into the Toyota showroom. We selected Parkway Toyota for its top notch service department, so we decided that we'd visit their showroom. We were greeted in a warm and professional manner the moment we stepped into the showroom. We were assigned to Jason Lugue and knew that we were in good hands. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicles. At no point did we feel pressured or mislead. We explained what we needed and he pointed out an option that we never considered. We test drove a Certified 2008 Toyota Rav4 V6 Sport. To our surprise, it was a perfect fit. The car was easy to drive and loads of horsepower, more than the Tribeca. Any other dealership would have stuck us in a car without considering our needs. Our Finance Manger, Mark Gaviola, was very professional and warm and also had a good sense of humor. He made everything crystal clear and as a result we had the peace of mind knowing that this purchase was the best decision. We received our vehicle in a quick and pristine manner. Jason went over all the features, in addition to setting our hands free unit. We would never have know these other features that adds value to our purchase if it were not for him. The entire staff was very professional, friendly, responsive, courteous and HONEST! Mr. Winograd is the epitome of excellence and his staff follows suit perfectly. Emmanuel in Finance and Jason Lugue were very knowledgeable, warm and professoinal. The process did not take long; they were conscientious of my time, while efficient and respectful. I have found a dealership for life. I have already recommeded Parkway Toyota to friends and family and will continue to do so. If you are looking to purchase a Toyota - DO NOT GO ANYWYERE ELSE, you will be doing yourself a great disservice. Our lease was up on our car so we started to look at different car dealerships. We looked at Nissan, Ford, Hynda and Toyota. We narrowed our search to either Toyota or Nissan. Besides liking the comfort and the way the Camry rode, our experience with the staff at Toyota was like no other. Our salesman was Dennis McInerney. From the moment we sat down I felt like we had known him forever. He was what all these dealerships need, friendly and comfortable to be with. We did not lie and told him it was between Nissan and Toyota. We did go back to Nissan before we decided on our Camry. People are always ready to complain but never ready to give a compliment. I did go to the Manage and compliment him on Dennis and how he took the worry out of our hands in deciding. When we picked the car up it was getting dark and I told him that I do sometimes have a difficult time driving at night. He tried to get us to pick up the car the next day, but I really wanted to take my new car home that night. When we did arrive home we got a call from him making sure we got home safely. I do not think that people go to that extent. Both my husband and I were so taken back by that. I found that everyone we dealt with at Toyota were exceptional. More
