I sent my price request over the Internet and got a phone call from James Graham. I negotiated the price with him and got an appointment time. Sam was very professional, polite and we were happy to work with him. With no wasting time he prepared all papers and gave us the price that we negotiated before with James. After the brief meeting with Albert Rico, financial manager, (he was very polite, informative and never pushed us hard) we got our new car’s key. It was clean and ready to go.
