Let me first say that I have many years of sales and management experience in the auto industry and I am hesitant to give positive feedback until in has been earned! That said, this is our third time purchasing at passport and the sales team is excellent. Gary the sales manager is an honest and trustworthy man who operates with an immense amount of professionalism and integrity. Stanley, the sales consultant, always follows through and goes the extra mile to take great care of his customers. Even Chester, the general manager, is excellent at holds his team to an high standard; and when necessary he always finds solutions to satisfy customers, building long lasting relationships! Last but certainly not least, Malcolm in the service manager, is always courteous and knowledgeable. If you are the market to purchase a vehicle in the greater Washington area, make Passport Nissan your first stop and I’m sure it will be your last as you’ll be driving off completely satisfied in a new vehicle and great service! Do NOT have your car serviced here - their service department runs a scam and takes advantage of people by charging exorbitant pricing and offering terrible service. See the quote provided by them to fix a leak - they did charge me $160 to inspect the cause of the leak, and then quoted me a price of $3,137.00 to fix the issue. The issue was a clogged hose - which they found, and could have simply unclogged, but they chose not to unclog this but to provide this ridiculous quote to try to scam me. When I asked how much to just replace the hose, the quote was $800. Needless to say, I took my car to another mechanic, who fixed the clogged hose and replaced the air filter, (did not even need to buy a new hose - just unclog it!) all for $36. That this Nissan quoted me $3100 above what it actually cost to fix the issue is proof that they are a scam. Do Not Visit For Car Service. More

Anthony is the most amazing car specialist Ive EVER experienced!
