I will never buy anything else from Passport. They sold me a maxima and the same week the transmission went out on it then after that the struts went bad. And to make it even worse I had to get a lawyer in me a maxima and the same week the transmission went out on it then after that the struts went bad. And to make it even worse I had to get a lawyer involved inorder to make them fix the transmission and the struts. The sales-men were very friendly until I made the purchase, then no one wanted to be bothered. The only decent human being in the service department is Dennis Winsor. The rest of them are full of you know what. To make a long story short, Passport couldnt sell me a lawnmower. I wouldnt drive anything off of that lot even if they were giving it away. I tell everyone to stay as far away from Passport as possible. That entire dealership needs a major overhaul. GOOD RIDDENCE!!!!!!!!! More
I called this dealership and told them exactly what car I wanted, package, trade-in, color etc, and they said they would get it for me. I told them I had other offers from other dealerships, and they said th wanted, package, trade-in, color etc, and they said they would get it for me. I told them I had other offers from other dealerships, and they said they can beat it-no problem. AND THEY DID!!! I went in that afternoon, they gave me more for my trade than any other dealership I went to (Tisher and Sheey Annapolis), I didn't have to put much down compared to those other dealerships, they got me the car that I wanted and the price was perfect. I was there for quite a time, but that was because they took their time to get me the best deal, I test drove the car, and got my car appraised. The customer serivce was great, Larry in finance was very helpful. Paul and Ferson worked together to make sure that I got all I wanted in my car, they explained everything I didn't understand and they didn't screw me on a deal. I recommended this dealership to my mother, cousin and sister and will tell them to go there 1st because they can not be beat and they will give you the best deal. You can waste your time and gas running from dealership to dealership, and you can go to one just to compare. In the end your purchase should come from Passport. More
I did the deal over the phone, called and told Andre, what I wanted, and how much I would pay. He didn't have the car but found one in a week and delived it to my door. The car had one option I didn't what I wanted, and how much I would pay. He didn't have the car but found one in a week and delived it to my door. The car had one option I didn't want but could live with, so I had to pay a few extra bucks. I might of gotten the same car for a few hundred dollars less, but the good service and time I saved was worth it to me. More
