My salesman, Justin, had just started working there, and his inexperience showed early on. But here's the thing: when I laid out exactly what information I needed to consider the deal, Justin didn't get defensive or brush me off. He was happy to go find every detail I asked for. That willingness to learn and follow through made all the difference. The test drive went well, and from there I presented an informal offer — contingent on a stringent mechanical inspection that I wanted to perform myself, coordinated with the Pat Fisher service department. This is where they really earned my trust. Dominic and his service team were extremely accommodating and let me carefully check the truck over the way I wanted to. As someone who takes mechanical condition seriously, that cooperation meant a lot. At closing, the offer I made was honored exactly as we'd discussed — no surprises, no last-minute changes. They even sent me off with a full tank of fuel. It was a pleasure dealing with Justin in sales, Jeff the GM, and Dominic and his service department team. I'd recommend them. More

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation—my first visit since my maintenance warranty expired last December. I expected a higher bill, but it was still a bit surprising. The oil change was about $92 and the tire rotation $30, which seemed a little steep but within reason for a dealership. I was also told I needed a new engine air filter for $70. It felt a bit coincidental that this suddenly needed replacing right after my 5-year maintenance plan ended—especially when the follow-up email suggested replacement every 12 months. On top of that, there were added shop supply fees, hazardous material fees, tax, and a 3.5% credit card fee, bringing the total to $226. My car was also very dirty, and I was told they couldn’t do a car wash due to staffing, which was disappointing. That said, the staff were friendly, the waiting area was nice, and the service itself seems to have been done properly. Overall, not a bad experience—but the pricing and extra fees make it hard to justify a higher rating. More

Very good to talk to about the area's on my van that I had preventive maintenance plains. My van is a 2015 with 172000 miles on it. I have owned it from that time to present.
