Went in for an oil change and tire rotation—my first visit since my maintenance warranty expired last December. I expected a higher bill, but it was still a bit surprising. The oil change was about $92 and the tire rotation $30, which seemed a little steep but within reason for a dealership. I was also told I needed a new engine air filter for $70. It felt a bit coincidental that this suddenly needed replacing right after my 5-year maintenance plan ended—especially when the follow-up email suggested replacement every 12 months. On top of that, there were added shop supply fees, hazardous material fees, tax, and a 3.5% credit card fee, bringing the total to $226. My car was also very dirty, and I was told they couldn’t do a car wash due to staffing, which was disappointing. That said, the staff were friendly, the waiting area was nice, and the service itself seems to have been done properly. Overall, not a bad experience—but the pricing and extra fees make it hard to justify a higher rating. More
Very good to talk to about the area's on my van that I had preventive maintenance plains. My van is a 2015 with 172000 miles on it. I have owned it from that time to present. I asked them to be sure to preform any preventive maintenance that the manufacturer required for the mileage it currently has. They did and kept me informed on any changes to the time line on completion.. Thanks More
Not sure who Jess is. I worked with Jim McCoy who was great. A few issues with Jamie who hard shelled us on the Polycoating etc…obviously commission mattered to him.
