The lady who” greeted “ me at the front counter seemed like I was inconveniencing her by being there to get my truck serviced. Then when my truck was completed she made it seem like I was inconveniencing like I was inconveniencing her by being there to get my truck serviced. Then when my truck was completed she made it seem like I was inconveniencing her again. Her conversations with her coworker seemed to be more important to her. Also, when I scheduled my service online it was one price, and when I went to pay they tried charging me $200 more than what I signed up for. Getting that straightened out really appeared to inconvenience the lady again. I had to wait an additional 20mins after my truck was completed to get that straightened out. All in all I have had great experiences with the service department but this last time was far from great More
