I had been searching everywhere for this vehicle and saw that they were rated well for the customer service and quality. I made the 40 minute trip out to Pat Fisher on a Sunday and I was so excited to see the SUV that I had dreamed of sitting right in front. The purchase process was honestly good. Stuart and Marc were the two people I worked with throughout the process. (I had an amazing car purchase a few years back, so I have made some pretty high standards). I was shown videos on how to use my NEW Nissan and made sure that everything was taken care of before leaving, including setting up an appointment for my NEW car to be detailed. Even though my car is new it is a 2016, so it had been sitting around for what looked like a while since the car was pretty dirty and had leaves under the hood. My detailing appointment was made before I even left so I felt that I was in great hands knowing that my NEW SUV would soon be clean. I made the 40 minute drive back down on the Friday of the same week since that was my next day off. Samantha in the service area was extremely helpful. She got my car all set to head over to there detail department. After two hours of waiting I checked on the status of the car. They were nice enough to top off the gas since I had made the drive back down. I finally got my car back and it looked so much better than before. I got in a drive off. On my 40 minute drive back home I noticed a few areas that could have been wiped down a little better but I was so excited I did not mind if I had to do it myself. Once I got home I looked around the vehicle and noticed that besides a quick wash to the outside and vacuuming the driver side and passenger side nothing else had been vacuumed. The tags throughout the trunk were never removed or vacuumed, wind paint still on the windshield. I checked under the hood and all the leaves were still there. I could not believe that I spent on my day off almost 2 hours sitting around for nothing to be cleaned, drove 40 minutes there and back and for them to top off my gas tank. (Which they only needed to fill half a tank since I do not drive a lot). I contacted the dealership, as well as Stuart and Marc which let me know to reach out to them with any questions. Unfortunately, the only person that seemed to try and help was a man named Brian, who eventually asked for the General Manager to contact me. Unfortunately, the dealership had only offered to top off my gas tank if I make the drive back out for them to detail it. And with how the service went the first time I don't plan on ever going to them again and not for $15 dollars of gas to fill up my half a tank. After spending a good amount of money on a New SUV with all the bells and whistles I would think they could have handled the service and my business better. I have contacted Nissan about there negative practices and the Regional Consumer Affairs Office for Nissan. They too are sad to see a car being sold without a good quality detail completed before leaving the lot. Every person I interacted with also mentioned a survey and how important they are for the dealership. I'm sad to say that when I complete this survey it will not be highly rated due to there poor customer service practices. * If going here I would double check to ensure that the job is completed before leaving which is something I should have done. I just didn't think twice to ensure that someone was actually doing there job. More

They would not return my calls for an explanation. Instead of my truck bringing happiness, it is now an embarrassing reminder of how much I was taken in. Car Dealer Morality at its worst!! More
Needs improvement with front counter service department I have been taking my Nissan vehicles to Pat Fischer Nissan for over 10 years. Until recently with the new remodel of the building, I have been extre I have been taking my Nissan vehicles to Pat Fischer Nissan for over 10 years. Until recently with the new remodel of the building, I have been extremely satisfied. Since the new remodel, there's an entirely new staff and I have a few issues that have concerned me. One being, new service employees that have not completed servicing my car as per the usual excellent service. First visit with my new car, no one cleared/updated the service warnings on the car as they previously had. Second visit, I had to put air in all four tires before the next service which tells me no air was put in my tires on that visit. On the third visit, I had to refill my window washer cleaner. In 10 years, I have never run out of windshield washer fluid. That tells me someone probably didn't fill the windshield washer fluid as they should have. I just had my car serviced again and I brought these issues up when I spoke with the service manager. Let's see how it goes this time. My only other complaint, and I have voiced this on several occasions, there should be some sort of nice couches put in the front of the service department for customers while waiting for the reps to wait on us. I had to stand over 15 minutes the other day. I'm standing there with a Yeti cup, a heavy purse, my sunglasses, my phone and a book to read. I noticed that I'm not the only one carrying items in their hands while waiting. As I mentioned the inconvenience to me and much older customers (after all we are in a retirement community), other customers chimed in with the same sentiment. Older customers should not have to stand and wait for a service rep to get to them. I was told that the dealership had no say in this matter, that Nissan dictated to them everything including where to put the signs, etc. If that's the case then someone needs to tell Nissan that their customers are not happy having to stand for extended periods of time while waiting on customer reps. More

We recently purchased a new 2016 Rogue and were very pleased with the Sales team that assisted us through the process of buying our new vehicle. We had to have some additional work (service and body shop) recently and were thrilled with the resolution to our problems. The staff at Fischer Nissan bent over backwards to work with us and we couldn't be more pleased. If you are in the market for a new or used car or just need to get your vehicle serviced I would highly recommend Pat Fischer Nissan!! More

Now staff doesnt return calls, doesnt provide loaner,except when parts ordered. I believe their waiting for warranty to expire then they will return calls and be willing to help. They say no money is made on the sale its all on the service. More

Many years of outstanding service and products I am taking the time to express my appreciation for the outstanding service and vehicles we've received from Pat Fischer Nissan. I don't even remember I am taking the time to express my appreciation for the outstanding service and vehicles we've received from Pat Fischer Nissan. I don't even remember how many vehicles I've purchased from them over them years, let's just say quite a few. We've purchased vehicles for myself, my wife and my son, both Chevrolet's when they were a Chevy dealer but mostly Nissan's. We have had no out of the ordinary issues with any of the vehicles, especially the Nissan's and mostly visit service for routine maintenance because they so rarely have other issues. But when we have had to get service the advisers are easy to work with, very professional as are the techs and parts staff. Recently we had to get some body work done in the body shop and Brian made it painless, the operation was smooth and worked well with my insurance company. My highest recommendation is with Mark Jones and his sales organization. We have always been treated very well, very straightforward, good deals. Recently Mark Jones went the extra mile for us putting a lease package together for my son that we appreciate very much. I'm happy to say that we live in Titusville and are lucky to have such a good local business we can trust and easily work with. More
