by RRayo A Good Afternoon I had been looking for the just the correct electric vehicle (preferably a used white EV) for quite some time and finally found a used Leaf from Pat I had been looking for the just the correct electric vehicle (preferably a used white EV) for quite some time and finally found a used Leaf from Pat Fischer Nissan on the internet. Called and reached a Chaz Roberson, when I arrived later at the showroom, Chaz was already out front to greet me. Turned out that this particular vehicle was sold before I could purchase it (I was undecided because of it's black color and was getting their price for re-painting it). Chaz said that they would try to locate another, more fitting one. After approx two weeks, Chaz called and said that a white one was found in Tennessee and that it was coming down. Not wanting this one to be "sold out from under me", I grabbed some cash for a possible deposit and arrived at the dealership at noon on the day that it arrived, but never expecting to complete a purchase that day. Turned out the Tennessee vehicle had a very dark interior and most importantly, did not have cruise control. Chaz also had in stock a brand new white Leaf without these issues and we spent much of the afternoon going back and forth between the two vehicles. They had told me earlier that I was not obliged to purchased the Tennessee Leaf as they sold many Leafs (as I knew by missing out on their very first Leaf). Fisher Nissan agreed to take in my two vehicles for trade and finally with Whit Gilman's help, completed the purchase transaction for the new Leaf at 5:30pm (a long afternoon), but I was most happy and pleased with the outcome of the day. More

Josh also did a great deal of homework by getting to know me ahead of time and making sure he anticipated my perceived needs. I literally had to do very little research on this vehicle given the amount of information he made available. I will gladly make the 50 mile drive back to buy again from this dealership, I wish more dealers operated this way in my area. Sales Experience I haven't had to buy a car in 10 years, and needless to say, wasn't exactly looking forward to the dealership experience. Well, after only going to look at Nissan's---not my first choice--- I ended up purchasing a brand new Altima from Joshua. I was definitely happy that he was the salesperson that greeted us on that afternoon. Being an educator, I have a respect for a novice professional. There is a sense of genuiness that you just can't hide. I appreciated Joshua for just being a representative of the dealership and not a salesperson who did anything he could do make the sale! He was kind and definitely patient with me--as I was definitely undecided about a multitude of factors. I will say that one of the main reasons that I did decide to purchase at Pat Nissan was because of Joshua--- his dedication to trying to learn the business and achieve success is admirable for someone his age. The management staff---namely-- Marc Jones was also fantastic! We were at the dealership for at least 6 hours---NOT because of them---because of ME! My initial contact with them was Chaz R. due to a query via the website. Admittedly the car was on the less expense side, but none the less, he demonstrated such enthusiasm and excitement. That passion not only compelled me to drive from Orlando, but also increased my faith in the quality of the truck (Dodge 1 ton. I also want to add that within minutes of submitting my request for info, he was on the phone with me. Unfortunately when I arrived Chaz was already with another customer. A gentlemen by the name of Ric O stepped up to the plate. Considering he had less skin in the game, one would think (working someone else's deal) he would have a more passive attitude. Yet again they exceeded my expectations. He patient, polite and courteous and had me in and out in no more than 45 mins(10 of the minutes are kinda my fault). If they were this kind to me, I could only imagine the treatment a new customer would receive. But after thinking about it, I think it would probably the same. I Have purchased cars from Pat fischer for years I even bought my first car here when i was 16. So I was excited to do business with them again.... I am sorry to say that there is only one thing that they bought my first car here when i was 16. So I was excited to do business with them again.... I am sorry to say that there is only one thing that they are after and that is your money. Customer service is not what it used to be. I was pre approved through my bank for a loan but I was pressured to do their loan at 24% interest but my bank had a far better interest rate. They even told me that they called my bank as a customer and said that there was no way they could do it.... shadey! So I told them ok I will do it if you can get me the car at a fixed price out the door tax tags everything... They said no problem but when my bank received the loan it was 2400 over the price we discussed. I ended up going to Titusville dodge and they had no problem getting me onto a car that day even under asking price More
