I’ve been a loyal customer since 2014, purchasing 3 to 4 cars and having my vehicles serviced on and off. On Tuesday, I spoke with advisor James, who promised me a $100 discount and said my total would not cars and having my vehicles serviced on and off. On Tuesday, I spoke with advisor James, who promised me a $100 discount and said my total would not exceed $1,200, including taxes, but my receipt showed $1,399 with no discount applied. I also spoke with Debbie, the receptionist, on Tuesday and Wednesday, and emailed the general manager, Jeff H, about these concerns. Additionally, I was charged a 3.5% credit card surcharge without prior notice, which I understand is not allowed by Mastercard policy.
