The day I came to the dealership I was at the lowest point in my life. I was stuck in a vehicle that I could no longer afford due to unforeseen circumstances that I had no control over. So let me start by saying how thankful I am for the care and support I received during my visit at the dealership. Everyone was so very compassionate, caring ,honest, respectful and very positive and that’s very hard to find these days. They were also very understanding of my situation and worked very to help me get. in position to get back on the right path financially. They not only were sensitive to my emotional stress but also very accommodating to my disability as I have been battling Parkinson’s disease for almost16 years. I called the number on the firm and the lady asked me for a number that was on this promotional game Card. She tells me, yes, you have won this ATV! She mad an appointment for me to come down and claim my prize. I was not born yesterday, I read every inch of this Card. It stated that the least prize that you can win is a smart watch. Okay! So I wasted m Saturday and went down there. I was told, no, you have to match this number on the board, (only after I gave them all of my personal information) she said but you do win a smart watch. I thought, ok I saw this coming! So I explained that I was very upset over the fact that the lady on the phone did say I in deed one this ATV, And that now I am willing to travel to get service for my rogue and my next purchase which will be a rogue will be at a Nother dealership. My husband and I have plans to replace my rogue by the end of this year. Today I opened my smart watch to find that not only is it used but the charge cord doesn’t even go to this smart watch and will no way fit to charge this piece.
