A gentlemen by the name of Ric O stepped up to the plate. Considering he had less skin in the game, one would think (working someone else's deal) he would have a more passive attitude. Yet again they exceeded my expectations. He patient, polite and courteous and had me in and out in no more than 45 mins(10 of the minutes are kinda my fault). If they were this kind to me, I could only imagine the treatment a new customer would receive. But after thinking about it, I think it would probably the same. I Have purchased cars from Pat fischer for years I even bought my first car here when i was 16. So I was excited to do business with them again.... I was pre approved through my bank for a loan but I was pressured to do their loan at 24% interest but my bank had a far better interest rate. They even told me that they called my bank as a customer and said that there was no way they could do it.... shadey! So I told them ok I will do it if you can get me the car at a fixed price out the door tax tags everything... They said no problem but when my bank received the loan it was 2400 over the price we discussed. I ended up going to Titusville dodge and they had no problem getting me onto a car that day even under asking price More

We went to Pat Fisher because they are local business, now twice. We went to be put on a waiting list for the new NVP, just to test drive and decide if it was the van for us. After waiting 6 months for another to arrive, it wasn't the one we wanted, but were excited to get to test drive it. They were not willing on working on getting the one we did want to us. We ended up going to another dealer and getting our van for a better deal. We decided to try again when we needed to replace my husband's car. Finance refused to accept our "friends and family" deal unless we paid a high fee that even the finance company said was unusually high. It all just seems suspicious to me. It appears we will have to take our business elsewhere again. Although our finance experience was not very good, the sales staff were helpful and courteous. More

Michael Holmes is a young man that this dealership must certainly be proud of. He has the best customer service skills I have ever seen in a young person. He gave me a price that was very competitive (beat the other Nissan dealers) and that is exactly the amount that was on my invoice when the work was complete. I needed to add a steering rack boot replacement to the work, and Mike once again beat out the other Nissan dealer in price and flexibility. The work was done on time, as promised, and the quality of the work was outstanding. Tod Rachu was the technician and he is highly skilled and very experienced. The quality of his work was excellent, and he repaired my car to my satisfaction. I absolutely cannot live with any kind of fluid leaks on my cars, and these fine gentlemen made certain that I don't have to. Jim Wing is the Service Manager, and he is a great person to deal with. When I thought (wrongfully) that there was a problem with the work, this team took me into the shop and explained to me, in great detail, exactly what was done to fix my problem. I am a difficult customer to please because I insist on only the highest quality work, and these gentlemen deliver. I am happy to have this dealer and these guys, Mike, Tod and Jim, on my side. I recommend them highly, and I stand by my word. More
