I went to Pat Lobb looking for a 4Runner; preferably a TRD Pro, and found they had one new 2023 Pro and a couple of slightly used ones. I was met at the door by Ken Steele, sales associate, and after I ex TRD Pro, and found they had one new 2023 Pro and a couple of slightly used ones. I was met at the door by Ken Steele, sales associate, and after I explained what I was looking for, he expertly explained which options were available and the various price ranges between new and used. I decided on a used one and Ken was very knowledgeable on what they had in inventory and help me find the right one for me. I ended up buying a sightly used 2020 model and Ken guided me through the sales process smoothly. I will return to Pat Lobb in the future whenever I'm looking for Toyota products. More

Hisar was very attentive to my appointment and treated me like a person instead of a number. Kept me up to date. Appointment was scheduled for 4 hrs. He had me back on the road within 2 hours.
