I pre-ordered my new vehicle after Braden contacted me following my online inquiry about the newly released 2021 4Runner TRD Pro. He was so attentive and kept in constant contact with me and giving me updates on my order. His sales manager, Spike, even spoke with me one day to make sure I was being well cared for. The day my TRD arrived at the dealership, I think Braden was just as excited as I was when he called and told me it was finally time! I brought my previous 4Runner in as a trade and I was very pleased with the value they gave me on my trade-in. I worked very closely with Brian in finance and was blown away with how honest, forthright and easy he was to negotiate with.
