I knew I wanted a Toyota so I went on-line to find the nearest dealership to me and Pat Lobb of McKinney was the closest to me. I was contacted by a salesman by the name of Hasan Amarneh within an hour and started working with him immediately. I was pre-approved online w/in 1 day and scheduled a time to meet w/him. He was so kind and went out of his way to assist in my situation. (which he did not have to do) He knew and understood my situation and found me the best deal on the lot for my needs. I would recommend him and this dealership to all. We immediately felt like he was not a regular sales guy. He was kind, patient, had the customer in mind, and gave us some great options for vehicles. Unlike other dealerships, he did not push anything on us. We went into the dealership and he made the experience of returning our leased car and buying the new Toyota vehicle as pain free as possible. He was so respectful and treated us like a family member would. I am so thankful we landed at this dealership. Prior to getting any car for us to look at, he really took the time to understand our wants and needs. Instead of shoving us into a Limited, Bill truly listened to us. The first car he brought to us we fell in love with! He ran the numbers, and it was higher than we wanted. Rather than playing hardball like every other dealer we have come across, he was 100% truthful and continued to go back and forth between his manager until we were at a price my husband and I were comfortable with. I've purchased plenty of cars, but buying from Bill was easy and the least stressful purchasing experience to date! We'll go back to him again in a heartbeat!
