He listened to what I was wanting to test drive, and got the ball rolling! He explained every detail of this truck to the ability of someone who built it by hand. He was beyond knowledgeable, and taught me so much about the truck before we even left for the test drive. Tim was very perceptive to all my needs for a vehicle, and made sure to explain the benefits of this truck to meet those needs. I have never had a more pleasurable experience with buying a vehicle! I am new to Toyota, and new to this dealership. I have no intentions of going anywhere else! Thank you Toyota of McKinney for hiring such great people! Faison was the most enjoyable experience I've ever had when it came to dealing with warranties and the "paperwork" side of buying a vehicle! It was at the very end of the day on Saturday, and he was beyond friendly. He answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything. I had the wheels balanced and rotated. Since 2008, this dealership has always included an inspection report that included a measurement of remaining brake pad thickness. How am I supposed to manage my brake repairs if I don't know that critical data? Wait until the wear indicators start to squeal? By then, the brakes are likely already glazed over and unsafe! Where is my brake pad thickness report? The other thought is that they emailed a .PDF file of the repairs. That is a serious breach of personal data. Don't you and your staff know the internet is not secure? Even 256-bit encryption only offers the illusion of security. You sent the receipt as an open document without any form of security. More
