We were lucky enough to set up an appointment with Alexander “Buck” Hardee. Boy, did we hit the jackpot! CLASS ACT!! Buck was kind, efficient, professional, honest, and went OUT OF HIS WAY helping us purchase our dream car! He was a great listener and really cared about what was important to us. He spent as much time with us as we needed to make sure we were confident in our purchase. It didn’t hurt that he also had a variety of snacks/drinks/ & chocolate he offered us throughout our visit that kept our energy up :) After we purchased and the car was detailed, he even offered to go outside in the cold and hand clean a couple of smudges ( I- being a crazy girl!- had found). The next day I had to go back to the dealership to drop off a couple of items and he walked me out to my car in the pouring down rain with an umbrella. We loved everything about our experience and I know it is because of the quality of customer service we received during our time with Buck. We will definitely be coming back to Buck for our next vehicle! Go see him, you won’t regret it! My Sales Consultant was Alexander (Buck) Hardee who was very friendly and personable and is a true professional. Mr. Hardee was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. He was not pushy nor did he try to steer me into buying any expensive add-on dealer options or accessories. He took time and worked with me to get the best price for my new truck as well as a great trade-in value for my old truck. Mr. Hardee also showed me around the dealership and introduced me to Service Advisor Joel Casper for any future service needs as well as Finance Consultant Matt Jirani who handled the final sales paperwork. Unfortunately the car we were interested in buying was sold while we were writing it up. They had no other ones in stock. We needed a car that day since we just turned in our lease. The soonest the exact model they could get in would be a couple of weeks. Hasan made sure my wife and myself were informed of all the models associated with RAV4 Hybrid.
