Was interested in a vehicle advertised on the internet. We told Mr Bradley what we wanted, even the stock number. We were delayed for a long time before the vehicle could be found. We were then given a price that was 25% higher than what was in the internet. The ad mysteriously disappeared while we were there. So when they told us they didn’t see it advertised, we showed the screen shot. Very shady business practices, wasted three hours of my time. If they told me the ad was a mistake from the beginning it would have been fine. Mr. Bradley and someone claiming to be a manager, Tony are liars. I will never do business here because of this. More

Excellent buying experience I found the RAV4 that I wanted online and filled out the online information request and was contacted by Duane May within 2 hours which was before the I found the RAV4 that I wanted online and filled out the online information request and was contacted by Duane May within 2 hours which was before the dealership opened. I made an appointment with him over email for 2 hours later. When I arrived at the dealership, we came up immediately and I noticed that he was very relaxed and professional. He already had the car waiting for me to view and test drive. I really loved the fact that he actually explained many of the features before my test drive. Sam in finance was very fast and efficient. It took only 10 minutes to complete all the paperwork and get the keys. I was introduced to the General Manager who thanked me for purchasing from the dealership. Overall, a great experience for me. I would highly recommend Pat Lobb to anyone interested in buying a car. More

Rachael was wonderful to work with in purchasing my new 2020 4Runner. I was promptly met at my appointment time and she was very thorough in going over the vehicle. After going over some numbers, we agreed on the purchase price and I was the new owner of my 4runner. I would highly recommend contacting Rachael for your new vehicle purchase. More

Called about three different used vehicles hours before I showed up to confirm that they actually had them. All three vehicles were both on the official dealership website, and on Facebook market place. I showed up to confirm that they actually had them. All three vehicles were both on the official dealership website, and on Facebook market place. I told them that I lived two hours away and didn't want to waste my time driving if they didn't have them. They assured me that they had all 3. I drove two hours and arrive at the dealership, for them to tell me that they didn't have any of them. It was just a ploy to get me to the dealership. And then the car salesman insulted the branch of military I was in because of his own personal bias having been a veteran from a different branch. All in all the deceit and manipulation at this place is very high. Don't come here if you want your time wasted or to deal with the stereotypical car salesman. More
