My wife and I were in the market for Tundra Crew Cab and met with Mr. O'Connell. The salesman was arrogant and nasty. I suggest anyone seriously looking for a Toyota try Richardson. I found the vehicle I was looking for on-line and Matt Scott was very helpful in setting up our Sep 4 appointment to view it. Larry Parks, despite being extremely busy that afternoon, took all the time needed to make sure our initial questions were answered and pair us up with Chris Cole, the sales rep. The only shortcoming during the entire visit was when Chris got us to the vehicle, we all found it had not been detailed. Chris was low key and pleasant thoughout the process, and since the vehicle was not a Toyota, he made sure he found the answers to questions he could not answer off the top of his head. Working with the finance department went very smoothly, and by the time we were ready to leave, the vehicle was fully detailed and ready to go. More
