Avoid this dealership I found a 2018 Toyota Camry on this company’s website that was listed at one price. I made it to the dealership and the car was listed at another pric I found a 2018 Toyota Camry on this company’s website that was listed at one price. I made it to the dealership and the car was listed at another price, higher price. The salesman was in total disbelief and stated he never known for the price to be so low on this particular vehicle. Fast forward, my husband and I were upside down on our current vehicle and was very well aware of that. We were willing to pay a higher monthly note because of this. We were even willing to put money down. This dealer didn’t want to honor the internet price of that car in which it was listed for and tried to pressure my husband and I into a much higher vehicle with a down payment of 4,500 down and a monthly note of 600, unheard of! Sad to say with a credit score pretty close to 800 we left the dealership and returned to Arkansas with no new vehicle. Since, we have visited another Toyota dealer and have been placed in a brand new 2018 Toyota Camry with zero dollars down and a reasonable monthly note. Don’t waste your time allowing this place run your credit or waste your time period! More

They LIed To Me Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney Review. On Tuesday 5/8/18 my girlfriend and I visited the dealership after hours in order to look at a couple of vehic Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney Review. On Tuesday 5/8/18 my girlfriend and I visited the dealership after hours in order to look at a couple of vehicles that we had seen online and were interested in. After looking at the vehicles we sent an online request stating we were interested. The following day I received a text from Meghan asking when we could come in and look at the vehicle. I replied we would be by that evening. Meghan advised me that it was her day off but that they work as a team and I would be taken care of. My girlfriend and I arrived the evening of Wednesday 5/9/18 in order to see the vehicles in day light and to test drive them. We were met on the lot by Todd. Todd was very professional and helpful. He knew most everything about the vehicle we decided to test drive. He did inform us that he was the person who took the vehicle in on trade. We test drove the vehicle and once back at the dealership advised Todd we were interested and that we would be paying cash. That last part is important to note. Todd took us to his desk and then went to the sales desk. He came back with figures and after a discussion with my girlfriend we decided to move forward with the purchase. The process to purchase the vehicle via cash took much longer than we had anticipated. In addition to the amount of time it took I received notification on my phone that my credit had just been ran. When I opened the app it listed the dealership as the place that ran my credit. While I had gone to the bathroom Todd introduced my girlfriend to the F&I guy (who will remain nameless). While I was away my girlfriend advised the F&I guy we would be paying with credit card (so we could get the miles). As I came back we were informed that the dealership no longer took personal checks or credit cards. We were told we could bring a cashier’s check back the next day. Before heading back to the F&I office I asked Todd and the F&I guy why my credit was ran. Neither could tell me. I advised them that I wanted to speak with the person who ran my credit. While in the F&I office we were advised the process would only last about 5 minutes. We were also informed that the F&I department couldn’t run credit. That only the sales managers could. Once the paperwork was signed I was asked if I still wanted to speak to management. I said yes, I want to speak with the person who ran my credit. After a few minutes the F&I guy came back to the office alone. I said let me guess he doesn’t want to speak with me. He said yes but he did send me back to say that he ran your credit to see if we could take a personal check. Now here is where the lie comes in. My credit was run BEFORE they knew what method we were going to use to pay. We were ALREADY told that they couldn’t take credit cards or personal checks and that we could bring a cashier’s check back the next day. Oh! I failed to mention that I don’t carry checks so my girlfriend wrote the check. This means yet again there was no reason to run my credit. My name isn’t on the check or the account. I felt sorry did the F&I guy because you could tell he knew we were being lied to. I wrote Meghan Friday 5/11/2018 advising of her of my disappointment and concern. To my disappointment as of today 5/16/2018 I have not heard back. To me that just justifies my mistrust in the dealership. On 5/16/18 I sent this information to the dealership. I was posting a review and was given the option to submit it instead of posting. I didn’t hear back from them. I could have probably let the fact that they ran my credit without my consent pass. However, it’s the fact that they chose to blatantly lie to me that truly bothers and concerns me. I do not recommend anyone do business with this dealership when it is obvious they don’t care about the truth but only making a sale. BEWARE!!! More

I had been looking all over for a used but newer model Mustang for few weeks and after being disappointed and scammed by a user with a salvaged title we decided to come look around Pat Lobb Toyota again. We’ve always been very happy with the great service received at Pat Lobb and especially LOVE working with salesman Alexander “Buck” Hardee. He has such a great personality and awesome service. I ended up decided on a wonderful newer used 2015 Camaro that I am very happy with. More
