An awful experience I bought a pre owned Lexus 350 ES with 18K miles on it from this dealership just over a week ago now. One week after purchasing the car the "check engine" light came on. The first thing I did was to reach out to my sales rep Rodney who sold me the car. His response to me was "you bought the car as is. There is nothing that we can do." I proceeded to take the vehicle to Park Place Lexus (great dealership that treats their customers well) where they informed me that they found a rats nest under the engine cover and that the repair would cost me $500 and was not covered under the warranty. After going back and forth with two others at Lobb's Toyota, including their General Manager, I was told again that they are in no way responsible for the car that I had just purchased from them and that they were UNWILLING to do anything to make the situation right (not even a few free oil changes to help offset the cost). Apparently, during their rigorous "inspection" that they do on all of their pre owned vehicles, they didn't come across the RATS NEST that was under the hood of my car. The vehicle that I traded in to them was also parked in my garage for several years and has never had an issue with rodent damage, my wife's car either. Lobb's Toyota claims that the damage must have come from my own home during the seven nights that I've had the car. IF I COULD GIVE THESE PEOPLE NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE xxxxxxxx. THEY CARE NOTHING ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THEIR INTEGRITY. More
Replace Coil on #2 Cylinder/2000 Tundra I bought my 2000 Tundra new in August 1999. Keep it in tip top shape always. Had emergency 11-15-2018/Monday after starting Tundra. I had to take my Wife to an appointment at UT Southwestern Hospital in Dallas, Tx for followup on a recent surgery. I called Justin Ryan, Service Mgr at Pat Lobb Toyota in McKinney, Tx. Justin gave me a loaner vehicle at no cost while my Tundra was being repaired by my always go to Senior Certified Master Tech, Jeff Colefield. The #2 Cylinder Coil (8 Cylinder Engine) had malfunctioned and needed replacing. These 2 people who I always depend on when any of my vehicles need repairing, came to my rescue in this emergency situation. From Good to BAD! I purchased a 4 runner from from this dealership and the experience was great. The salesperson and overall experience was truly good. However, I referred my daughter to them and the sales person, she also wanted a 4 runner. Not a good experience for my daughter, she was treated very poor. When the deal funded and she picked up the car they handed her the keys and said good-bye. She later found out she had no floor mats. and called them back and they said they were not included. My wife called the GM and after a long debate, she finally got them to give her the mats. When she picked them up, they were used and tattered and smelled really bad, they were obviously used. I cannot fathom that a dealership would run the risk of a bad experience over a set of $80 floor mats. I am perplexed and disappointed. My advice STAY AWAY FROM PAT LOBB TOYOTA. More

Avoid this dealership I found a 2018 Toyota Camry on this company’s website that was listed at one price. I made it to the dealership and the car was listed at another pric I found a 2018 Toyota Camry on this company’s website that was listed at one price. I made it to the dealership and the car was listed at another price, higher price. The salesman was in total disbelief and stated he never known for the price to be so low on this particular vehicle. Fast forward, my husband and I were upside down on our current vehicle and was very well aware of that. We were willing to pay a higher monthly note because of this. We were even willing to put money down. This dealer didn’t want to honor the internet price of that car in which it was listed for and tried to pressure my husband and I into a much higher vehicle with a down payment of 4,500 down and a monthly note of 600, unheard of! Sad to say with a credit score pretty close to 800 we left the dealership and returned to Arkansas with no new vehicle. Since, we have visited another Toyota dealer and have been placed in a brand new 2018 Toyota Camry with zero dollars down and a reasonable monthly note. Don’t waste your time allowing this place run your credit or waste your time period! More
