Mr. Spike Libscomb, Sales Manager, responded to our Internet inquiry and introduced us to Mr. G participating dealership by the COSTCO Auto Program. We found George to be very knowledgeable, personable, and attentive. While we were awaiting arrival of our car, George gave us frequent telephone updates concerning its delivery status and he has followed-up with us by phone after the sale to ensure we remain satisfied. He was so polite and walked us inside to find Amanda. She was with a current client so he asked if it would be alright with us if he helped us (with Amanda's ok). He was AMAZING! He was thorough and knowledgable about the vehicle especially the safety aspects. This was very important as we had our soon-to-be 16 year old son with us and we were purchasing the truck for him. As a side note he had 5 days earlier been in a bad accident where he was the passenger in a friend's vehicle. This was the best car buying experience we've ever had....simple, to the point and quick. I highly recommend to anyone to drive a little bit more and go to another dealership. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. They are very professional cheater. I got latter from their general manager that I can trade my old Toyota with new one with zero percent APR for 72 months in selected model. My wife and I went over there and asked them about 2013 highlander and sales person told us it's available with 0% for 72 months. then he checked our credit score and history and said we are approved. then we negotiated about value of our old Toyota and new one. finally, we accepted our monthly payment and went to finance office. The finance person just talked with us about special service contract and Persian restaurant in Dallas and he didn't tell us about our APR. He was talking about Persian food while we were signing our paper without any explanation. We switched our vehicle and went home. the true is they sold our highlander with 3.95% APR, it means I have to pay $3600 only for finance charge. I came back to dealership and talked with the guy who was in finance office. he said "we accepted our monthly payment and it doesn't matter what our APR is!!!" and we should have paid more attention to sales contract paper.then I tried to talk with their general manager but they asked me to talk with their sales manager. He said it wasn't available any 2013 highlander with 0% APR and we can refinance with banks. Totally, They cheated on me and I am regret why I trusted them.I am going to talk with our lawyer and see what we can do :( More
