Went to Pat Lobbs Toyota of McKinney on 1/20 because I had a nail in my tire. I have tire protection and I thought it would be an easy process but I was wrong. I was helped by a service advisor named Cart had a nail in my tire. I have tire protection and I thought it would be an easy process but I was wrong. I was helped by a service advisor named Carter CashDollar. Carted told me that it would take an hour and half because they were busy. Two hours go by and Carter proceeds to tell me that it will be another hour and a half. I asked Carter if he could tell me if my tires were ln stock. He proceeds to tell me that toyota does not carry the same tires that my 2025 Toyota Hybrid uses. (Mind you this is a brand NEW car that I’ve had for a little over a month and bought from Toyota) how does Toyota not have the tires. Carter said he would need to order a tire that was a different brand and that it would not get there until 1/21 at 1:30 and that I would have to pay $2 since I had tire protection. Later that evening I sent Carter a text and told him I would be picking up my car and getting my tire fixed else where. Carter tells me that the nail was too close to the edge of the tire and it couldn’t be patched up. I decided to let them order the tire and he tells me that I will have to pay $29 instead of $2. On 1/20 when I am on my way to pick up the car, Carter calls and say my car is ready and that it will now be $99 because the $29 was pre taxed? I told Carter that is not what he had said before and that I would need to discuss that once I’d get there since I was already on my way. When I got there Carter and the service manager were no where to be found and somehow my bill was magically reduced to $25. They are just trying to make money off people. Will not be coming back to this location, worst service ever. More

Man this was quick! 40 minutes and oil changed and tires rotated! Everyone was super nice and I was greeted with a smile which you don’t get just anywhere anymore.
