Our focus is to create an excellent customer experience for all service and sales customers so it is terrible to hear that you feel this way. We do want to thank you for your time to post this though and we will discuss it with members of our staff. Buying a used car comes with a risk of repair issues that do not come with buying a new vehicle or a vehicle with remaining factory warranty. All of our vehicles pass a detailed service inspection and most come with at least a 60 day/2000 mile limited powertrain warranty and/or the remaining factory warranty. On top of that you are able to purchase an extended warranty to cover future service repairs as you already mentioned. Repair items on used vehicles are going to happen and it is the risk that comes with buying a used vehicle compared to spending money on a new vehicle. Our Sales and service staff constantly works with customers in order to make sure that the customer experience is at a high level. Keeping happy customers coming back for sales and service to our dealerships has been the key to our 6 decades of business in the Cedar Rapids area. Hi Cory, My name is Tyler Stecklein, 563-564-2908, I work Monday through Friday form 7 am to 5 pm so having a conversation during that time frame is not an option. The vehicle that was purchased was a 1997 Honda Prelude (black). Every last word that I wrote is 100% true, all of this happened. About the discussing my credit, this happened at the bar Cabo; you guys were having some sort of sale at the Westdale Mall. Not only was your sales man discussing my credit with my girl friend at the time (now wife) but her friend was there with her listening as well as other Pat McGrath employees. It is unbelievable to me that something like that would happen, I bring it to the attention of the business, have witnesses that were there first hand, and no action what so ever was taken. All that I was told was to ask for someone (again cannot remember who) the next time I was there as if there is one and only one car dealership in Iowa and business would not be taken elsewhere. It is Dean Cech, I am working with Reid. At first we were working with Orin to get the car taken care of the first time (2 days after purchase) he is related to someone I closely work with. We had actually purchased 2 cars from chevyland within a matter of a week we have had no problems with the dodge we purchased just the chevy trailblazer.

I just spoke with Orrin and he told me that he spoke with you immediately after you purchased the vehicle and had some issues. He said he was not aware that the vehicle was back in the shop. I tried to get a hold of Reid, however is is off of work ronight so I will try to reach him in the morning to speak with him further.
