Nice people until the sale is final. Only 1 stars cause the salesmen were nice. Otherwise they over charged us and lied to us. And now are refusing to fix the situation. Only went with McGrath cause they were the only dealership that would honor the correct online pricing. They burned us in the past and I guess we should have known better to go back. In 2011 they sold us a lemon, then the car we replaced it with was way over priced. In 2013 we were looking at a Dodge Dart and they ran our credit without us filling out a credit app, then they ran it for 7 hard inquires for a vehicle we never bought, dealers are only suppose to do soft inquires until a purchase is made. As a result our credit took a huge hit and made us look bad to other dealers so we almost couldn't buy any car. Finally in 2018 there was 3 rebates on the table and were included in our negotiations but when it came to the paperwork they weren't included. We qualified for all 3 rebates but they chose not to honor them. And when I tried contacting the dealer about a refund they said too bad. More

Second visit wanted to take numbers on a vehicle, not necessarily planning on purchasing. When I told them I wanted to think on about the offer, associate became agitated and even brought over manager to tag team the sale (would not take no for answer). Finally broke down and agreed to purchase the vehicle, went to talk to the finance department where they then proceeded to try and shove more services down my throat adding on to the overall cost. If your going to purchase fro. This dealer be prepared for a low trade offer, associates pushing for a sale, and fee on top of fee to be added to your purchase. Not meant to be a rant but hope this helps with your purchasing decision. More
