I had a great experience at McGrath Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Cedar Rapids thanks to Wes Gaiser! I had been looking for a truck for several months and had spoken into several dealerships. I was pretty spe Ram in Cedar Rapids thanks to Wes Gaiser! I had been looking for a truck for several months and had spoken into several dealerships. I was pretty specific on what I was looking for and my price range and I had several other dealerships blow me off, but not McGrath or Wes! Wes sent me several vehicles over the span of a month or so until we found one that was able to meet all my requirements and was in my price range. He did not bombard me with just any vehicle but actually worked to find ones that were close to what I was looking for. I have already recommended Wes to several people and several years down the road when I need a new ride - I know where I'll be going! More

We ordered our jeep and Andrew was our sales guy can't say enough good things about him he kept us updated on everything even when it was delayed with his updates we new it was coming in late . They told me that my Jeep had a 2k bumper to bumper warranty. Now I have 1,200$ in a bill for my struts. They don’t stand behind there warranty. There is still a bad vibration in my steering wheel.
