I got a cold call from a salesman named, Chris, and he asked me about my certified warranty I had purchased with my used car, something that the other dealership had not done. So, I scheduled an oil change and then began to use them for my repairs. When I had warranty/recall issues they handle them with extreme care and even went-to-bat with GM for me, too! I was given a free rental while my car was being repaired and if you can believe this, I left a bank envelope in the rental car with $500 cash in it. The Service Manager, Mark, was checking the rental car and he found it. He called me and returned the money! That was so inspiring, to meet an honest person but, I found out that the dealership works like a Team and they all except to make your purchasing or servicing experience with them "GREAT!" I flew into Ohio from North Carolina to pick up a Silverado I purchased on the internet. Aaron picked me up at the Airport and brought me back to his dealership, he even offered to bought me lunch.
