After reading numerous reviews I decided to purchase a Honda CR-V hybrid. Pat Peck Honda had just the vehicle I wanted. Arriving at the dealer I was met by sales consultant Jason Barlow who listened to my Honda CR-V hybrid. Pat Peck Honda had just the vehicle I wanted. Arriving at the dealer I was met by sales consultant Jason Barlow who listened to my request, ably provided answers to all of my queries, and led me to exactly the model I was interested in. After a day of ponder I returned to purchase the vehicle with my trade-in. The purchase process went smoothly and I was soon sitting in my vehicle listening to Jason competently explain all the features and nuances of my new CR-V. A ‘wow’ for Pat Peck Honda. More
This was my second time getting an oil change at this dealership. My first experience was scheduled in the morning during the work week. It was speedy, a great environment, & a fantastic experience! So I decided to return, as it was time for another oil change. I pre-scheduled one for today (a Saturday morning). The service department must have been super busy today! Even with scheduling an appointment ahead of time, it took over 2 hours before I was informed my car was ready. Initially I planned on waiting in the lobby. Thankfully I had a family member who picked me up, to run some errands. I informed the lady in the service department upon my arrival. She informed me that they would be closing early today. An hour after I was called & notified that my car was ready, I returned to the dealership. Upon arriving back, I went to the service department to let the lady know I had returned & was ready to check out. I was informed she had to get my paperwork together & to have a seat back out in the lobby/waiting area. About 10 minutes later I was finally called to go check out. I honestly was a little confused & left wondering why it was taking so long to check out, after I was called & told an hour prior that my car was ready.. The lady finally emerged from the service department & asked for my name. She apologized & stated that she thought I was someone else when I came to the back 10 minutes prior. All in all I am satisfied with my visit today. I do think the next time my car needs serviced, I will do my best to make sure I schedule my appointment first thing during a week day & not on the weekend. More
