Today I went in for regular maintenance with an appointment. I did show up an hour early so I thought it would inky take 2 hours max. The rep came to me and said there was a recall for my pilot an appointment. I did show up an hour early so I thought it would inky take 2 hours max. The rep came to me and said there was a recall for my pilot and asked if I wanted it fixed. I said yes thinking it wouldn’t take that long as she didn’t give me a time. 4 and a half hours later my car was fixed. Not once did she come say she was sorry or it was taking longer than usual. This may be the last time I use Pat Peck for service. It just seems the last few times I have been there the service department takes longer and longer. More
