The dealership itself was clean, but the positives stop there. I've gone to this dealership for 2 or 3 years now, and not once in the past have I had issues. Normally, when bringing my car to be serviced, there. I've gone to this dealership for 2 or 3 years now, and not once in the past have I had issues. Normally, when bringing my car to be serviced, there are workers in the lane ready to scan the vin number, take vehicle mileage, etc. I was not greeted with that today (understandably since it was so hot outside). However after going inside to the reception desks, the woman I dealt with was the most unprofessional advisor I have had the displeasure of dealing with; I believe her name was Brandy. I was immediately greeted with extreme annoyance from her voice, as well her smirking and laughing at me while I was explaining why I brought my car in. When explaining that I had an appointment, she responded with "ok? what are we doing to it?" with a level of attitude and irritation that I would not have expected from this establishment considering everyone has been welcoming in the past. She spoke down to me the entire time, talking to me as if she were scolding a child. I will not be bringing myself or my car back to this dealership. More
