Was traveling from New Orleans to Pensacola and had some car issues around Gulfport. On July 27, 2024, I went to Pat Peck Honda because my car that I had for 12 years was giving me some issues. After arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by Mr. John McFarland. Mr. McFarland was very prof that I had for 12 years was giving me some issues. After arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by Mr. John McFarland. Mr. McFarland was very professional and willing to assist. To be honest, I was nervous about purchasing a new car. I think that Mr. McFarland could tell that I was nervous. Mr. McFarland assured me that I will leave the dealership with a new car and the best deal. Mr. McFarland’s level of competence gave me the confidence that I needed at that moment. Later, I was introduced to Mr. Darnell Creal,(Business Manager). Mr. Creal’s degree of expertise coupled with patience allowed me to understand the process further. Mr. Creal took time to explain all of my options and answered my follow-up questions. In my past experience with purchasing cars, I have gotten the vehicles; however, but never the assurance of customer service after the sale for possible future concerns. My interaction with both gentlemen was nothing short of stellar with tens across the board. My stress level in reference to the car has decreased tremendously, and for this I am appreciative for the level of customer care and service provided. I can not echo it enough.
