My appointmant was Monday June the 12th - for a transmission xx. I was told there was a 155$ charge for the service/ any services that amt would be taken from the charge. I gave Narniece my # to notifiy - within an hour she has texted my boyfriend who set up the apt. who works nights and is sleeping with other things spark plugs brakes and coolants . Tells me they can't xx the transmission fluid cause there is no dip stick - if they can change the TM fluid then they can tell if it using any with the correct amt. in there - well how is that you just said you can't xx it. SO IF I was being charged 155 I might as well have that done - I made sure the charge for that was covered by the 155 - next morning she calls and says I need a new TM - I said i would like a 2nd oppion - does my car have TM fluid in it - I can pick it up -YES - I said I will let you know something shortly . I show up - it's not ready - she said you said you would call - pretty sure I didn't say I would call. I was getting correct cash ready 155$ AND she says that price has changed - I said you said yesterday it was 155 that's what I am paying - waiting a good while - she comes in with a bill for 348$ or there about -- I said wait a miniute - so she leaves & comes back with 248$ / and said you know you have to pay for the TM fluid - she said I was loud and embrassing her - there was no one in the waiting room - I laid down 250$ and left - Sorry things happened that way !!!

I called to have a recall item attended to. They gave me an appointment that was perfect for me. Check in and completion were all in a timely manner. Cody was true to his word, about 45 minutes More
