I was pleasantly surprised. I showed up at before 8:00am. The service dept people verified who I was and why I wS there. They told me it would take them 3 to 5 hours to repla I showed up at before 8:00am. The service dept people verified who I was and why I wS there. They told me it would take them 3 to 5 hours to replace the fuel pump. It took them closer to 1 hour to do it. I signed some papers and my wife and I were headed home. Totally satisfied customer. More
