Overall I had a good experience. I only have one complaint. I didn’t notice it until after I made my purchase and went home that the dealership had installed the front license plate I only have one complaint. I took ownership of my parents Honda Accord . I noticed they had some recalls that needed to be addressed. I went online and scheduled an appointment. I also scheduled there $49.99(out the door ) I noticed they had some recalls that needed to be addressed. I went online and scheduled an appointment. I also scheduled there $49.99(out the door ) oil change service. When I went to drop of the vehicle I mentioned to the service rep that sometimes the car doesn't start on first time, but when you pump the brakes it starts . I mentioned not sure if brake sensor or starter. He stated it would be $185(out the door ) for diagnosing it. I said ok. The next day I get a text stating they did a FREE 30 point multi point inspection. They stated that I also needed a valve gasket replaced due to age of car. They also mentioned I needed a new starter. I declined both options and said just do the oil change and the FREE recall work. I went to pick up the car the next day and got my bill. First there was no diagnostic report on the starter at least letting me know how it failed. Then the bill. I was charged for shop charges.($32) So I questioned it. The service rep tells me THAT EVERYONE PAYS SHOP CHARGES. I stated I only had an oil change done and a flat rate diagnostic. The oil change already has the fee's included in the price . Why the shop charges. I don't have any other work done ! No tires , alternator , water pump and etc! He again states everyone has to pay shop fee's . I said what if I only got an oil change . He states then no shop charges because it included in the price of the oil change. I said exactly . You said flat rate for diagnostic . So then we had to proceed to Asst. service manager . Again I explained that I only got an oil change and diagnostic. He also states everyone pay's shop charges !! Then proceeds to tell me that ALL the shops charge that ! xxx! So then I ask for a manager of the dealership and nobody here's today . Of course they aren't . This dealership is robbing people blindly! More
