We are sorry this happened to you, and we need to clear one thing up: the Subaru Baja you were interested in wasn't sold for more money. Money was not why we sold it to someone else. This vehicle had many interested buyers around the country, one person was going to buy it sight unseen and ship it to Illinois. Multiple people were interested in the Baja and the customer that bought it was here with the money first. We apologize for your experience.

That's not what Crock said on the phone? get your story right I had my wife listening in on the phone he said and I quote " mate, we just sold the car for the full asking price" you need to read some of the other reviews on this site you have done this before. Also, I have the emails to back the price up. You have unethical business practices and no integrity?

Thanks Marvin for at least listening to me. I have had all of my Hondas serviced at Pat Peck because I firmly believe in using Honda products on my vehicle. At the same time I need to feel comfortable that I am receiving the quality of service that I am paying for. I had already decided to start taking my vehicle to Slidell for service eventhough this is not the ideal situation. Ok, Marvin I am ready to try again with Pat Peck. I do not believe this issue can be resolved, as it was pretty clear to me when we came back and were given another salesman that was not interested at all in showing us anything else. I will not be back to your dealership in any case and will not recommend it to anyone else I know.
