By far, this was the best car buying experience ever! Our first daughter graduated from college in December and was hired by NASA Stennis Space Center, and moved to the area this past week. Sean worked with us remotely to complete the sale from out of state and secure the car our daughter wanted including color and dealer installed options. Sean and Pat Peck was able to give our daughter the best deal period in a 7 state area - nobody was even close in overall price, value and personalized customer service! And when she arrived this past week, the vehicle was all ready to go and Tony and the team did a great job educating her on her new purchase and making sure she was properly onboarded as a new Kia owner. Kia is an amazing company and Pat Peck Kia is definitely the place you want to go for a top notch Kia experience. waiting for 2 months We took our 2013 Optima into the dealership in October. After 5 days of them having my car, me driving 1 hour back and for to Diberville MULTIPLE time We took our 2013 Optima into the dealership in October. After 5 days of them having my car, me driving 1 hour back and for to Diberville MULTIPLE times, and them replacing the wrong part, they finally replaced the correct part. They told me they would be refunding the $120 I paid for the battery since that wasn't the problem. It has now been 2 months and we still do not have the refund. I have called THREE times asking for the service manager to return my call. He simply will not call me back. I am appalled at this blatant lack of customer service. After the ordeal in October, I surely would have thought they would have made a better attempt at making this right. No more Kia purchases for this family! More
