I recently purchased a BMX X3 from Patrick BWM. My client advisor for the purchase was Syed. During the day of purchase I experienced so many challenges and poor customer service with purchasing the vehicle: -Syed confirmed over the phone the day of pickup that the interest rate would be 1.9% only to arrive and he tells me the interest rate is now 2.9% - I waited 5 hours in the dealership to finally purchase the vehicle though I sent the requested documentation in advance of the appointment  - I later reviewed the final finance paperwork to realize my $1K deposit was never deducted from the cost of the vehicle. So I had to take additional steps with Syed the next day to have the credit card payment refunded. I was told the deposit slip had been lost from my file and that it happens all of the time. - Upon leaving the dealership, the salesman lost the 2nd key to the vehicle. I still do not have a 2nd key. - I never received a walk through of the vehicle with a BMW Genius to learn all of the features.  I do not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. More

Only buy a used BMW from a top-rated BMW dealer. Patrick BMW know which used BMWs to sell, and which ones to send to auction based on condition. Angelo Tramuta sold me a 2014 BMW 750i Xdrive. Given today's situation with low inventory, I paid list price, but the Patrick BMW price I paid was fair. When Angelo informed the finance manager I was paying in cash, they refunded me back $400 worth of documentation fees. Any other unethical dealer would have kept that money. In this particular situation, I rate Patrick BMW high marks for acting professionally, ethically and with integrity. They also picked a really good used car for me that was very well maintained by reviewing the CarFax with me. This is second BMW my family have bought from Patrick BMW in 2021. More

During this process, what I appreciated most about Angelo Tramuta was his ability to make a genuine connection between me and my family. There were no over-the-top gestures, no pushy sales tactics, just an overall positive and relaxed environment. Throughout our time together, Angelo was devoted to ensuring all members of my family had the most pleasurable experience.
