The purchase of a new 2013 BMW 528i Xdrive sedan was wonderful. Kam was quick to realize what I wanted and drove my son and I a few miles to the holding place of the car of my dreams. Every time I come into the Mini service area the people are always friendly and very helpful. I usually wait for my car and I know it sounds weird but I appreciate the chairs with the tables attached to th are always friendly and very helpful. I have taken my vehicle to Patrick twice now and, both times, Patrick has performed exceptionally. Andrew Malone and the service team are very professional and easy to work with. This is how much better Patrick is compared to other BMW servicers in the north and northwest suburbs. Patrick also went to bat for me on certain issues that might have been considered a close call under the manufacturers warranty. In fact, another dealer attempted to bill me $8,000 for allegedly "uncovered" repairs which were misdiagnosed. Patrick identified the actual problems and successfully recovered from the BMW warranty. They are the best. More
