I just purchased a car for my daughter. I worked with Terry Shoemaker from whom I had purchased 2 BMWs. The experience was exceptional. Terry is the best. The salesman was very friendly and helpful. The finance manager was also friendly and helpful. They both took the time to explaing everything to my wife and I and answered all of our questions. Go see Gary Davis. I buy real estate that costs 10 times as much as a car on a weekly basis without hesitation. However, I found buying a car to be a nervous experience. We had bought a Saab from a Patrick dealership many years ago, and I was impressed with their facilities and professionalism. Since it was time to buy a new car, and BMW was one of my preferences, Patrick w ago, and I was impressed with their facilities and professionalism. Since it was time to buy a new car, and BMW was one of my preferences, Patrick was a natural choice. It was very easy to establish a rapport with Vince, and he worked hard to put together a deal that would work for us. When it became apparent that our new car could not be delivered before closing time on the day we bought it, Vince quickly arranged a loaner for our use over the weekend. He was very thorough in explaining the features of the car on delivery, made sure that the car was spotless before we drove off, and quickly found and provided a minor accessory part that was missing when the car was delivered. I leased a new 2011 BMW 328 from Patrick last Monday. I have never had a BMW before and my sales rep Kam was great. He helped me pick out a car in blue and it even had navigation. Chris Lima the manager have never had a BMW before and my sales rep Kam was great. He helped me pick out a car in blue and it even had navigation. Chris Lima the manager came in to explain the lease option to me, it was great! He gave me a very managable monthly payment and even helped me set my bluetooth phone to the car. I felt like he really appreciated my business. I will go back to them when my lease is up, eventhough I live aprox. 25 miles away. Everything was wonderful. More
